Unfortunately, we can't accept any returns from customers if we are not contacted ahead of time!
If returning for refund, please ensure your ring has no visible signs of wear and, if possible, is returned using the original packaging including original papers/invoice. Shipping cost, rush service fees and engraving cost are non-refundable.
Rings that have been resized or repaired under warranty cannot be returned.
Since the ring is made to order, a crafting fee may be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to an oversight on our part.
PLEASE NOTE: If returning an order from outside Canada, please ensure that your courier understands and marks the shipment as RETURNED GOODS, therefore no duties or import fees are charged to shipment. If the shipment comes with tax/duties, the package will not be rejected and returned to the sender.

Classic Titanium Rings (Without Black Finish, Stone Settings, or Carved Designs)
Returnable for a refund within 21 days of delivery. A 15% crafting fee will be deducted from your refund.
Carved Titanium Rings
Returnable for a refund within 15 Days of delivery. A 25% crafting fee will be deducted from your refund.
Precious Metal Inlaid Titanium Rings
Returnable for a refund within 15 Days of delivery. A 30% crafting fee will be deducted from your refund.
Titanium Gemstone/Diamond Rings
Returnable for a refund within 15 Days of delivery. A 25% crafting fee will be deducted from your refund. Please see "Diamonds and Gemstones" below for more information.
Black-coated Titanium Rings
Returnable for a refund within 15 days of delivery. A 25% crafting fee will be deducted from your refund.
Custom/Customized Titanium Rings
Custom rings are NOT eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Diamond and Gemstone sales
Diamonds and gemstones are final sale and therefore ineligible for refund, return, or exchange. When returning a ring with diamond(s) and/or gemstone(s) for refund, your refund is calculated solely on the value of the ring itself, and does not include cost of stone(s). All stones of value will be returned to you.
Rush and Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless return is due to error on TitaniumRings.com's part. Rush production fees are refundable only if your order fails to ship on the expedited shipping date provided to you. Please notify us if you feel that your order is late to ship!
Refunds will be issued after your return has been successfully received and inspected by a TitaniumRings.com workshop employee.
What if my ring has an inside engraving?
Inside engravings do not affect your eligibility for return/refund, remake, or warranty services whatsoever.
My ring doesn't fit/I need an exchange!
As the ring is made to order without stock, we cannot do exchanges, but we do offer resizing or remake depending on the size change and ring model. Please refer to our warranty page for resizing information and other warranty details. Please contact us at SUPPORT@TITANIUMRINGS.COM for more information!

Cancellation Policy
If you require cancellation of an order, Please message or email us with your cancellation request ASAP to avoid cancellation fees. Because we make each ring to order, you may do so without charge within 24 hours/the following business day of initial order time. Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to the ring crafting fee appropriate to the order (as listed above), and any Rush fees paid cannot be reimbursed to you.
