INTRODUCTION

If your Titanium Workshop product is found to have a defect in material or workmanship, The Titanium Workshop will repair such defects free of charge. DIAMONDS, GEMSTONES, AND PRECIOUS METAL INLAYS ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. The Titanium Workshop is not liable for lost or cracked stones, but in the event a stone happens to loosen or fall out, The Titanium Workshop will reset the stone at no charge. In the event The Titanium Workshop determines that a returned product cannot be repaired, we will replace the product with either the same model, or one that is equivalent in the case of special styles, hand carved products or custom items. This warranty is valid only when a new Titanium Workshop product is purchased through us through our website and does not apply to products crafted by The Titanium Workshop but re-sold by other merchants. Please contact us directly if you have any questions regarding our warranty. Our warranty return policies are designed to ensure our customers the best possible purchasing experience. We do, however, reserve the right to refusorders that we consider to be an abuse of our liberal return policies.

LIMITATIONS REGARDING PRECIOUS GEMS

Our warranty covers our titanium settings, however this warranty excludes precious gems, whether they are supplied by us or sent to us in order to be set. The Titanium Workshop reserves the right to set limitations according to the value and nature of the stone that is to be set. If a stone is sent to us to be placed in our settings, it is strongly recommended that customer takes all relevant measures by having the gems properly appraised and insured (with insurance company or broker of their choice) to their full value before sending them to us for setting purposes.

OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES

This warranty does NOT cover expenses incurred due to a lack of proper care for The Titanium Workshop's line of products. Retain proof of purchase documents. You will be requested by The Titanium Workshop to provide proof of purchase in order to receive warranty service. Please notify The Titanium Workshop of any apparent defects promptly upon their discovery. Shipments returned to us with improper paperwork or customs declarations, or with duties, taxes or freight charges owing will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover the following:

• Defects that are the result of improper care, maintenance or repair.
• Failures that result from abnormal strain, neglect, modification or accidental damage.
• Products purchased from merchants other than The Titanium Workshop.
• Products no longer owned by the original purchaser.

CUSTOM TITANIUM RINGS WITHOUT INLAYS, CARVINGS, OUTSIDE ENGRAVINGS OR STONE SETTINGS

Our rings may be returned to us at any time for refinishing. This is a service that we provide free of charge. Please note, though, that we are not responsible for the cost of shipping the ring to and from the workshop.

The Titanium Workshop will resize or replace any ring it has accidentally mis-sized.

If customer's submitted size was incorrect, we will do our best to resize at no extra charge. It is not always possible to resize a titanium ring. While we can usually increase the size of a ring by a quarter to a half size, we are not able to make the rings more than half size larger, and we are not able to make them smaller.

Should you need to have your ring made up to half size larger, we will provide this service at no charge other than the cost of shipping.

Should your ring need to be made smaller or more than half size larger, we will have to re-make the ring. The charge for remaking custom titanium rings that do not have gold inlays, special carvings or stone settings is US$50.00 plus the cost of shipping.

Some specific models, such as the Stealth, Trinary, certain rings with precious metal inlays or stone settings and our Black diamond plated rings cannot be resized at all. In those cases, the ring will have to be re-crafted even if the required resizing is within the half size increase specified above.

While it is not possible to make a titanium ring smaller by cutting a piece out of it and then soldering it back together, we can insert a tightening rod in many of our rings in order to make the ring approximately a quarter size smaller.

Titanium rod size tightening is available for basic rings as well as special shaped rings and etched design rings. It is the addition of a smooth aircraft grade titanium metal wire to the inside of the band. It is smooth enough to not be felt normally, but may not be for everyone! It is particularly helpful for reducing ring movement with people with large knuckles and slender fingers. Please keep in mind that your ring engraving must not be too long to allow for a space for the titanium rod to be added!

CUSTOM RINGS WITH INLAYS, CARVINGS, OUTSIDE ENGRAVINGS OR STONE SETTINGS

The warranty conditions for regular custom titanium bands apply to our rings with inlays and carvings with these exceptions:

• The charge for re-making custom titanium bands with plain (non-carved) precious metal inlays, carvings or outside engravings is US$85.00
• Carved or sculpted gold inlays : US$150
• Platinum inlays : $175.00

Outside engraving fees charged on the original purchase will be charged again if your ring is remade.

STONE SETTINGS

• All small gem (2 and 3mm) stone setting have a $100 remake fee.
• All single prong stone settings (Helena, Electra, Cleopatra and Asteria) have a $200 remake fee.
• All triple prong stone settings (Diana, Nefertiti, Elizabeth and Victoria) as well as the Cathedrale ring have a $300 remake fee.
• The Caecilia and Asteria rings have a $400 remake fee, and the Stargate has a $500 fee.
• Any of these rings with 5x Engineered coating will be an additional $30.
• Any of these rings with Black diamond coating will be an additional $50.

BLACK DIAMOND PLATED TITANIUM RINGS

Plain band classic and 2 tones:

• $50 for recoating, determined after ring is received and inspected.
• $100 for remaking.

Carved full black:

• $50 for recoating, determined after ring is received and inspected.
• 40% of total original ring cost to remake.

Carve 2 tone:

• Cannot be recoated.
• 45% of total original ring cost to remake.

Large stone tension:

• $100 for recoating, determined after ring is received and inspected.
• 45% of total original ring cost to remake.

Prong settings:

• Cannot be recoated.
• 45% of total original ring cost to remake.

Small stone tension:

• $50 for recoating, determined after ring is received and inspected.
• 40% of total original ring cost to remake.

Small stone tension 2 tone:

• Cannot be recoated.
• 40% of total original ring cost to remake.

Inset stones and gold bezels:

• Cannot be recoated.
• 45% of total original ring cost to remake.

Clear, 5x Engineered Diamond Plated Titanium Rings

The warranty conditions for 5x Engineered Diamond Plated rings are as follows:

• Rings with 5x engineered plating cannot be resized. If the size of the ring needs to be changed, the ring must be remade.
• The charge for remaking custom classic titanium bands with 5x diamond plating without stone setting is US$85.00
• The charge for remaking 5x engineered plated rings with our carvings or custom-special carvings is US$110.00
• The charge for re-making any 5x plated ring with a stone setting, please refer to stone settings

OUR RETURN POLICY

We will not accept returns from customers unless they contact us first for shipping instructions. Packages will be refused at our address if shipping instructions are not followed exactly. Returned products must be unworn and in the original packaging. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Clients assume shipping costs of returns, unless the return is due to an oversight on The Titanium Workshop's part, in which case return shipping costs are reimbursed.

• Custom titanium rings without inlays, carvings, outside engravings or stone settings can be returned to the workshop for a refund within 30 days after they are delivered to your address.
  A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund and shipping is not refundable.
• Custom titanium rings with inlays, or carvings may be returned for a refund within 15 days after they are delivered to your address.
  A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Rings with custom-made outside engraving cannot be returned for a refund.
• Custom titanium rings with stone settings may be returned for a refund within 15 days after they are delivered to your address.
  A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund and shipping is not refundable.
• Diamonds or other gemstones purchased for use our stone settings are not refundable.
• Should you choose to return a ring with a gemstone for a refund, your refund will be calculated on the value of the setting alone, not including the cost of your gemstone.
  Your gemstone will be removed from your setting and returned to you.
• Engineered 5x clear diamond plated titanium rings may be returned for a refund within 15 days after they are delivered to your address.
  A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund and shipping is not refundable.
• Black diamond plated titanium rings may be returned for a refund within 15 days after they are delivered to your address.
  A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund and shipping is not refundable.

Refunds will only be issued after returned item has been received and inspected by The Titanium Workshop.

We are a Canadian company. The Seattle address is a mail forwarding address. They will fill in the appropriate customs documentation and then send your package on to us.
Mail received in Seattle is forwarded to us in Canada once a week. It can take up to 3 weeks for a package mailed in the US to reach us here in Canada.
