-You can choose to order online, by phone, fax or by mail.

-To order by mail, express courier shipping or by fax, you can fill out our online order form and make a printout, or write a note with your order details (including ring style, width, titanium grade, engraving, daytime phone number, payment and shipping information).

-Your order will be given to our ring maker right after the complete order and payment in full and stone (if required) are received. We accept both Visa and Mastercard, or international money orders. Consult us for details regarding payments made by international money orders.

-Incomplete orders (ie : missing size, width, finish, email address etc...) will be put on hold until we receive all missing specifications. Delivery time may consequently be delayed. We suggest you to keep records or make printout of your order as a backup.

-Your order confirmation is sent by email, usually on the same or at latest the next business day after your order is received. Please contact us if you did not receive your order confirmation after 2 business days.

Our rings are made to order, crafted to our customers' individual specifications after their orders are processed.
If you are ordering a plain titanium ring from our Classics page at http://www.titaniumrings.com/classiccustombands.html, it usually takes five to ten business days from the time we receive payment until the time that we have made your ring(s) and can ship them.
Rings with special coatings such as Black diamond plated plain rings will require more time than uncoated rings, usually 10-20 business days.
Completion times for custom rings that are NOT shown at http://www.titaniumrings.com/classiccustombands.html depend upon the design chosen. Please contact us for an estimated completion time on these rings.

-Longer delivery times should be expected for orders placed by mail. Orders mailed from the U.S.A or outside North America can take 7 to 20 business days to arrive to us.

-FedEx shipping times refer to the time it takes for a completed order to travel from our address to the recipient's. It does not refer to the time it takes to prepare an order for shipment. Express shipping is not available on weekends. If your ring is past due, express shipping will be accommodated free of charge.

-Please check all delivery packaging prior to releasing/signing for it. Once the package is signed for, we are not held responsible for any damage/theft which may have occured.
